Daniel graduated from Michigan Law in 2015 and began his career as a state public defender with Texas RioGrande Legal Aid, Inc., in Texas's Rio Grande Valley. After two years, Daniel joined the Federal Defender's Office in Brownsville, Texas. Since late-2019, Daniel has worked as an Assistant Federal Defender for the Eastern District of Michigan in Detroit.
