Letitia graduated from Emory University School of Law in 1993 and has been with the Law Office of the Public Defender since 1994. She has represented thousands of accused and indigent members of society in all manner of cases ranging from misdemeanors to homicides where the State is seeking the death penalty. She attended NCDC in 1996 and still uses the principles she learned in this program.
