Registration is NOW OPEN for the NCDC Online Cross-Examination Workshop which will take place January 13-February 11, 2022 via zoom.
Born during the pandemic out of our hope to provide some version of our renowned in-person cross-examination workshop to all of our people – in the safety of their homes and offices, we launched the NCDC Online Cross-Examination Workshop in the summer of 2020.

So now it’s your turn!!
The program consists of pre-recorded video lectures for you to review at your own pace, on topics such as the three rules of cross-examination, witness control, theory of the case, chaptering, impeachment, crossing a cooperating witness, language and physicality, and more.
Then you will join LIVE breakout sessions where you will perform your crosses of professional actors (who play true-to-life witnesses) for our nationally respected faculty and receive incredible coaching and feedback. Finally, you will watch demonstrations by our faculty of many of the crosses you will be working on.
Registration is $725, $650 for state-level public defenders. All skill levels are welcome.
