Biography
I am originally from Silver Spring, MD. During law school, I clerked for Alan Goldstein and Lenny Stamm in Greenbelt, MD. I moved to Breckenridge in 1994 and have been practicing criminal defense ever since, practicing exclusively criminal defense since 1996, covering the heart of the Rocky Mountains. My dad, Stanley Katz, practiced criminal defense in Laurel, MD and my sister, Debbie Levi, another NCDC alum, is head of the special litigation division for the Baltimore Public Defenders. I am forever indebted to NCDC for shaping me into the defense attorney I am today.
